Our Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you don't see measurable progress in your local SEO within the first 30 days of working with us, we'll refund your first month's payment.

What Qualifies as "Progress"

Measurable progress includes any of the following:

  • Improvement in Google Business Profile ranking
  • Increase in website traffic from local searches
  • Improvement in keyword rankings for targeted local terms
  • Increase in customer inquiries or calls

Progress is documented in our monthly reports, which include before/after comparisons.

Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Have provided all required access (website, Google Business Profile, etc.) within the first week
  • Have implemented our recommendations within the agreed timeline
  • Have responded to our requests within 5 business days
  • Request the refund within 15 days after the 30-day period ends

When Refunds Are NOT Provided

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You did not provide required access or information
  • You did not implement our recommendations
  • You made changes to your website/profile that contradicted our work
  • Your business received a Google penalty for violations you created
  • You changed your business strategy mid-engagement

Refund Process

  1. Email your refund request to mfaiz@faizresults.com within 15 days of the 30-day period ending
  2. Include your business name and reason for the request
  3. We will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 14 business days
  5. Refund will be sent via the same payment method used

The Free Marketing Analysis is provided at no cost and does not require any refund policy. It is a non-binding consultation with no obligation to purchase services.
