1. Services Overview

Faiz Results provides local SEO and digital marketing services to businesses in India. Our services include:

  • Free Marketing Analysis (non-binding consultation)
  • Local SEO optimization
  • Google Business Profile management
  • Website optimization for search engines

2. Service Engagement

For paid services:

  • Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis
  • No minimum commitment—cancel anytime with 30 days notice
  • Monthly reports provided on work completed
  • Scope of work defined in service agreement before engagement

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment due within 7 days of invoice
  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, UPI
  • Late payments may incur interest at 10% per month
  • Services may be paused for invoices overdue by 15+ days

4. No Guarantee of Rankings

We provide best-effort SEO services based on industry best practices. However, search engine rankings are controlled by Google and other search engines, not by us. We cannot and do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services effectively, clients must:

  • Provide necessary access (website, Google Business Profile, etc.)
  • Respond to requests within 5 business days
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Implement recommended changes in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

  • Content created specifically for your business belongs to you
  • Our tools, processes, and methodologies remain our intellectual property
  • We may use anonymized results as case studies (with your permission)

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Immediate termination allowed for material breach
  • Outstanding invoices remain payable upon termination
  • All client data and access will be transferred back within 14 days

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings shall be courts in India.
