These terms explain how the free analysis and paid local SEO work are handled.

Website work may be scoped separately when needed.
Services may include:
- Free Ranking Analysis with no obligation to buy
- Local SEO work
- Google Business Profile work
- Website changes related to local search
Starting paid work
Paid work may be one-time project work or an ongoing monthly service.
- Project work has defined deliverables
- Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days' notice
- We provide regular updates on the work completed
- The exact work is confirmed in writing before paid work starts
Payment
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice
- Accepted methods include bank transfer and UPI
- Work may be paused if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue
No ranking promise
We do not promise page 1, a certain amount of traffic, or a certain amount of revenue.
We agree the target, record the starting point, and carry out the agreed work. If progress slows down because of our execution, we keep working on the agreed fixes before charging again for that extra period.
Your responsibilities
To help us do the work properly, you need to:
- Provide the access we need to your website and business profiles
- Reply to requests within 5 business days where possible
- Provide accurate business information
- Approve or implement required changes in a reasonable time
Intellectual property
- Content created specifically for your business belongs to you
- Our tools, methods, and internal processes remain ours
- We may use anonymized results as case studies only with your permission
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Ending the agreement
- Either party may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice
- Immediate termination is allowed for material breach
- Outstanding invoices remain payable
- Client data and access will be transferred back within 14 days
Disputes
Any dispute will first be handled through informal negotiation.
If that does not resolve the matter, disputes will be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Legal jurisdiction remains in India.
