These terms explain how the free analysis and paid local SEO work are handled. They are written in plain English, but they do not replace a written proposal or service agreement where one is provided.

Services

Faiz Results provides Free Google Position Check and local SEO services for single-location local businesses.

Services may include:

  • Free Google Position Check with no obligation to buy
  • Google Business Profile audit, cleanup, and optimization
  • Website and on-page work related to local search
  • Business listing work where it supports the agreed target search
  • Tracking, updates, and ongoing local SEO management

Starting paid work

Paid Local SEO is an investment decision. We review your service, target area, competition, current Google position, and customer value before recommending monthly work. Current public investment options are kept in the See Local SEO investment options section. The first agreed target normally gets a 90-day work window because local SEO needs setup, fixes, tuning, and measurement.

  • Monthly work is paid upfront unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • We confirm the target service, target area, and first priorities before paid work starts
  • We provide regular updates on the work completed
  • Building a website from scratch and other larger setup work are quoted separately before they start
  • Extra work is explained and quoted before it is added

Payment

  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise in writing
  • Accepted methods include bank transfer and UPI
  • Work may be paused if an invoice is more than 15 days overdue
  • Fees for any month already started are not refundable unless agreed in writing

Separate costs and add-ons

Some work is separate unless it is included in the written proposal or agreed allowance.

  • Paid listing fees
  • Ads or media spend
  • Photography or video work
  • Websites built from scratch or full website rebuilds
  • Heavy design, custom development, or large copy projects
  • Multi-location expansion

Extra work is not added automatically. It needs written approval before it is billed or started.

Agreed-target top 3 guarantee

Any top 3 guarantee is an agreed-target guarantee only. It applies to one agreed highest-value keyword, service, and target area, starting point, access, approvals, and 90-day window confirmed before work starts. If we miss that agreed target and client responsibilities were met, we keep working on that agreed target without charging the monthly fee until it is reached.

The guarantee applies to the agreed highest-value keyword, service, target area, starting point, and 90-day window confirmed before work starts. When the work moves to the next priority keyword, that keyword gets its own 90-day window.

We do not promise calls, bookings, revenue, every keyword, or review removal. This is a ranking guarantee for the agreed keyword target. Faiz Results does not guarantee traffic, leads, customers, or Google policy decisions.

Google Business Profile and account access

Google Business Profile itself is a free Google product. Faiz Results is an independent service provider and is not Google. Service fees cover the work around it.

  • The client retains ownership or co-ownership of the Google Business Profile and core accounts
  • Access should be role-based where practical instead of sharing passwords
  • The client is responsible for accurate business details and approvals for important account or website changes

Your responsibilities

To help Faiz Results do the work properly, you need to:

  • Provide the access Faiz Results needs to your website and business profiles
  • Share useful assets and approvals when needed
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Avoid fake reviews, incentivized reviews, or review gating
  • Avoid misleading Google Business Profile information
  • Approve or implement required changes in a reasonable time

Intellectual property

  • Content created specifically for your business belongs to you
  • Faiz Results tools, methods, and internal processes remain with Faiz Results
  • Faiz Results may use anonymized results as case studies only with your permission

Liability

Faiz Results liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 3 months.

Faiz Results is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Ending the agreement

  • You can cancel anytime; we ask for written notice so access, billing, and handover are clear
  • Fees for any month already started are not refundable unless agreed in writing
  • If work stops before the first 90-day target is complete, only the work completed up to that point will be delivered
  • The remaining planned work, checks, and review will not be provided after an early stop
  • Immediate termination is allowed for material breach
  • Outstanding invoices remain payable
  • Client data and access will be transferred back within 14 days where practical

Disputes

Any dispute will first be handled through informal negotiation.

If that does not resolve the matter, disputes will be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Legal jurisdiction remains in India.
